Thanks for returning to The iSwing Top 40. I'm JC JSum.
Big shout out to the latest Electro Swing Party Volume 2 compilation. Compiled by Bart&Baker, it features a ton of swinging hits from Cut Capers, Emma Clair, OB3one, Little Violet, Pisk and many many more. It's the perfect gift for anyone who likes to swing.

Five songs join the Top 40 this week. The first is the only Christmas song. "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas," by Renee Zellweger and Rufus Wainwright comes in at 37. This is the fourth iSwing Top 40 from the soundtrack, Judy. "Have Yourself," stands a good chance of making the Top 10, as all the songs to appear in the Top 40 from the album have made it there. "For Once In My Life","Get Happy" with Sam Smith, and "The Trolley Song," have all made the Top 10 in the last couple of months.
The second new song to join us is Riff Kitten's, "Swag Rag," landing at number 34. It's his first Top 40. Early chart figures show "Swag Rag" should do well in the coming weeks. It's got a real backroom-speakeasy vibe to it, so flappers and swingers will like this one.
Pisk's latest, "Hummin' To Myself," zooms and parks at number 32. This is Pisk's thirteenth iSwing Top 40. Pisk's past bangers include, "Jungle Swing","One Steady Roll" and the number one hit, "Minnie The Moocher." He's also brought genius to his collaborations helping Jamie Berry, Stuff Smith, Octavia Rose, Caro Emerald and The Sweet Life Society all land Top 40 positions.
(And also featured on Electro Swing Party Volume 2) His Remix of Cut Capers' latest track, "Say What" also climbs to number five this week. And did I mention, he's a member of Electro Swing legends, The Swingrowers? We're dealing with Electro Swing Royalty when we discuss Pisk.
Milk & Sugar's, "Hey (Nah Neh Nah)" featuring Viya Con Dios, returns this week to land at number 30. It first charted back in 2011 and is arguably known as the track that started the modern Electro Swing movement. Regardless, " Nah Neh Nah" inspired a lot of happy feet and interesting remakes throughout the decade. Fabian Scheuerlein and Balduin's vesion climbs to number seven.
Top swinging entry belongs to Glenn Gatsby. "I Wonder Where" lands at 27. Glenn's most recent appearance was a few weeks ago when his remix of "Spooky Scary Skeletons" by Andrew Gold reached number 16.
Matt Forbes slowly continues to climb with the sultry, "Mad About You," at number 14. "Mad About You," has a strong James Bond movie theme kind of quality to it. Speaking of James Bond, the trailer for the latest 007 movie, No Time To Die, dropped this week.

Keep checking the blog. In the coming weeks, I'll have a piece about Electro Swing artists that should cover Bond music and/or play Bond villains.
No Time To Die comes out April 2020.
Minimatic's, "Cinnamon Song" leaps into the Top 10 to land at 9. It's the only new entry in the Top 10
Tape Five edge forward with, "Party Like It's 1929," at number 3 . The Swing Bot stays at number 2 with, "Deuce Overdose." And Emma Clair remains on top for a second week with, "Time To Fly."
Will Emma Clair hang on to number 1 for a third week? Will Tape Five, Honky Crew or Balduin steal the throne? Check back next week for a new iSwing Top 40.
This is JC JSum. Remember to keep your head in the clouds and keep swinging for the stars.
