Welcome back ladies and gentlemen. Last week AronChupa and Little Sis Nora scored their first Number 1 with the very energetic, "Trombone." Keep reading to see if they stay there.
Lyre Le Temps', "Summer Leaves," starts off the Top 10 this week. The banger slips to number 10. It's been in the Top 10 for six weeks now.
Jumping from number 13 to 9 is DJ/Producer, Minimatic. His, "Bongo Craze," keeps climbing and it gives him his first Top 10 double whammy. His other banger, "The Jungle Jive," is sitting at number 7.
In between Minimatic's two jams are LVDS and Szigeti Juli. They make a big jump with, "Ain't Nobody (Electro Swing Mix)." It climbs from 21 to 8.
Jamie Berry returns to the Top 10. His latest, "Guilty Pleasure," is climbing fast and stops in at number 6. It features the great singer, Little Violet. It's their second Top 10 together. Jamie Berry remixed Violet's, "Limits," last year.
Klischee's, "Bad Things," stays at number 5 for a second week.
Big Swinging Shoutout this week goes to...

Swingrowers.
The popular band released their much anticipated album, Hybrid, this week and it's getting positive reviews and plenty of airplay. Four of the albums tracks have already reached the Top 10. And three have made it to Number 1. "Dreamland (Say Goodbye Bye Bye)," reached Number 1 in the Summer of 2019. "Hybrid," spent three weeks on top in late Summer of 2020. And, "Rose," had a three week run on top in February of this year. It rebounds back into the Top 10 this week, landing at number 4.
Top Swinging Entry in the Top 50 this week goes to 11 Acorn Lane. They arrive with their latest banger, "Crazy Cat," down at number 18.
Up in the Top 3, AronChupa and Little Sis Nora fall to Number 3 with the very horny, "Trombone."
Caro Emerald's, "Wake Up Romeo (Pisk Remix)," steps up to runner-up position.
And Wolfgang Lohr, Emma Lea and Ashley Slater rebound back up to Number 1 with their collaboration, "Keep On Smilin." It spends a second nonconsecutive week ruling the chart.

Welcome back Swing family. Wolfgang Lohr scored his seventeenth Number 1 last week with, "Keep On Smilin," featuring Emma Lea and Ashley Slater. Keep reading to see if it stays on top for a second week.
We'll start the blog with this week's Big Swinging Shoutout. It goes to...

Jon Batiste.
Will modern Swing and Jazz music go mainstream this year. We'll find out soon. Jon Batiste just dropped his album, We Are, this weekend. The lead single, I Need You, is a high energy romp of Swing, Jazz and R&B styles. The video has amassed nearly 8 million views to date and features some pretty amazing Swing dancers. The hit track has been climbing our chart for two months now.
Tracks on the album, from The Late Show's band leader, feature solid guest appearances, great Blues riffs, clever Rap and Jazz references, and of course Jon's amazing vocals and writing. Only time will tell if this is the album that brings Swing and Jazz music back to the mainstream charts.
Current hit from the album, "I Need You," climbs to number 10.
Emma Clair and Alanna Lyes step up to number 9 with, "Sisters Are Doin' It For Themselves (Radio Edit)."
And Alanna Lyes slips down to 8 with DJ Mibor. Their banger, "Hideaway," hit Number 1 a couple weeks ago.
Lyre Le Temps', "Summer Leaves," climbs to 7.
Flash Mob Jazz return to the Top 10, rising to 6. Back in 2017, they peaked at number 6 with the Daft Punk remake, "Get Lucky." It climbs back in the Top 10 again this week after Daft Punk announced their breakup a few weeks ago.
Top Swinging Entry this week goes to Betty Booom and Ashley Slater. Their cover version of the worldwide smash, "Wellerman," flies in at number 18.
Klischee's, "Bad Things," steps up to number 5.
Moving up to 4 is Caro Emerald's, "Wake Up Romeo (Pisk Remix)."
Minimatic slips a spot to number 3 with the very groovy, "The Jungle Jive."
And Wolfgang Lohr, Emma Lea and Ashley Slater also slip a spot to number 2 with their fun collaboration, "Keep On Smilin."
And jumping to Number 1 are brother and sister duo, AronChupa and Little Sis Nora with their naughty hit, "Trombone." It's their first Number 1.

Welcome back to the blog. DJ Mibor teamed with Alanna Lyes and scored the Number 1 last week, "Hideaway." Keep reading to see if it stays on top for a second week.
Starting off the Top 10 is this week's Top Swinging Entry. Emma Clair and Alanna Lyes take on The Eurythmics and Aretha Franklin's, "Sisters Are Doin' It For Themselves." The swinging remake debuts at number 10.
Swingrowers slip to number 9 with, "Rose."
Staying at 8 are Lyre Le Temps with their latest, "Summer Leaves."
LVDS and Sonia Elisheva finally climb into the top 10. Their, "Golden Days," stops at 7 after jumping around the Top 50 for more than two months.
Klischee's, "Bad Things," stays at number 6 for a second week.
This week's Big Swinging Shoutout goes to...

Swing Republic.
The Best Of Swing Republic featuring Karina Kappel on the Freshly Squeezed label isn't a new album. Released in 2018,  and featuring the very best of the group's first seven years, the album is an Electro Swing classic.  Prime mixing and appearances from Karina Kappel, The Mills Brothers and Billie Holiday really elevate this album.
Current hit from the album, "You Let Me Down," featuring Billie Holiday climbs to number 12.
Back in the Top 10, Caro Emerald's, "Wake Up Romeo (Pisk Remix)," trades spots with AronChupa and Little Sis Nora's, "Trombone." Caro's, "Wake Up," is at 5 and, "Trombone," is at 4.
DJ Mibor and Alanna Lyes fall to 3 with last week's Number 1, "Hideaway."
Minimatic makes a big leap to number 2 with, "The Jungle Jive." And new at Number 1 are Wolfgang Lohr, Emma Lea and Ashley Slater. Their collaboration, "Keep On Smilin," climbs to number 1 in its fourth week.

Welcome back guys and gals, "Rose," stayed on top last week by Swingrowers. Will it hang on to the top spot for a fourth week? Keep reading.
Starting off the Top 10 is Caro Emerald. Her, "You Don't Love Me (Pisk Remix)," slips three spots to start our countdown this week.
Annella slips to number 9 with, "Selfish." The track slips from number 3.
Sitting at 8 are Lyre Le Temps with their latest, "Summer Leaves."
And at number 7, "Minimatic," sits with, "The Jungle Jive.
Top Swinging Entry belongs to Parov Stelar down at 17. "Brass Devil (Stelartronic Remix)," flies in. The original version hit Number 1 in the Spring of last year.
Two songs are new to the Top 10 this week. First at 6 are Klischee with, "Bad Things." They make a big leap from number 27.
AronChupa and Little Sis Nora step up 8 to 5 with, "Trombone."
And the final new entry to the Top 10 jumps twenty spots. Caro Emerald doubles up in the Top 10 along with Pisk. Their, "Wake Up Romeo," is setting Electro Swingers feet a flame. The new remix is sitting pretty at number 4.
This week's Big Swinging Shoutout goes to...

Flash Mob Jazz. With the recent breakup of electronic group Daft Punk, Flash Mob Jazz are now in the spotlight. Their cover of Daft's, "Get Lucky," was a Top 10 hit four years ago and momentum is building again for the catchy swinging remake. The album, They've Only Gone N' Dun N' Done It, from 2017, is a swinger's wet dream and certainly worthy of a revisit. Their, "Get Lucky," single is sitting at number 12 this week and climbing.
Wolfgang Lohr, Emma Lea and Ashley Slater keep on climbing with, "Keep On Smilin," at number 3.
"Rose," the Number 1 song for the last three weeks, falls to number 2.
And moving up to Number 1 position are DJ Mibor and Alanna Lyes. They climb to the top with the very danceable, "Hideaway."
For DJ Mibor, "Hideaway," is the DJ/Producer's twelfth Top 10 and fourth #1. He last visited the top back in 2019 when his collaboration, "Very Nice People," with Wolfgang Lohr and Offbeat reached #1. It went on to become the top track of the year.
And for Alanna Lyes this is her tenth visit to the Top 10 and fourth #1 following her collaboration with Duke Skellington last year, "My Mind."
