Welcome back. Little Violet's, "Code Red," topped the chart for a second week last week. Keep reading to see if she hangs on to Number 1 for a third week.
But first the Top 10, and rising from 21 to 10 are Balduin and Sue with, "Hangover."
Szigeti Juli fall to 9 with, "Freedom." The track has been in the Top 10 all Summer.
Little Violet rolls down to 8 with, "Roll The Dice."

Swing Sisters Volume One
The women of Electro Swing joined forces and blessed us with some clever hits. Emma Clair, Madam Misfit, Alanna Lyes, Tallulah Goodtimes, Blush Fox Trio and more take us down the swinging rabbit hole of club music our grandmother warned us about. Highlights include, Kumiho throwing down on, "Legend. Blush Fox Trio burlesque the heck out of, "Play It Hot." And the video is amazing. Emma Clair and Alanna Lyes team up again on the Swing House banger, "Disco Swing." Tallulah Goodtimes teaming with Emma Clair and Maria on, "Running Wild," is epic. And nice to see Natalie Nightingale's, "Dancing Shoes," updated with more bass. I'm already eager for Volume 2.
Swing Sisters Volume One is on Prohibition.
The Swing Sisters album also gives us this week's Top Swinging Entry. Blush Fox Trio's, "Play It Hot (Radio Edit)," flies in at number 20.
High Step Society and Free Creatures jump into the Top 10 and land at number 7 with, "Sweet Tooth."
Deladap, Wolfgang Lohr and Melinda Stoika return to the top 10. "Cream Soda," rebounds back up landing at 6.
LVDS and Joyce Nuhill climb to 5 with, "No Biz."
And DJ Mibor's, "You're Driving Me Crazy," stops at 4."
Mista Trick's, "Shambala," jumps to number 3.
Postmodern Jukebox and Haley Reinhart stay at number 2 for a second week with, "Don't Speak."
And staying on top of the iSwing chart for a third week is Little Violet with "Code Red." Little Violet replaced herself at Number 1 three weeks ago when, "Roll The Dice," was Number 1. This gives her four straight weeks on top.

Blush Fox Trio Play It Hot

Blush Fox Trio dropped their video for new single, "Play It Hot," and it's pretty impressive. Great choreography, costumes and singing. Neat camera angles and impressive light up top hats. We'll be playing it hot on the speakers.
"Play It Hot," is on the Swing Sisters Volume One album which drops Friday on Prohibition.

Swingamajig and The Swing N Bass 5th Birthday Bash took place last weekend and both events were a hit with performers and fans.
Tallulah Goodtimes, Professor Elemental, Electric Swing Circus, C@ In The H@, Extra Medium, Jamie Berry and more performed great sets and made Swingamajig a great day for fans and artists.

Mista Trick's album, You, also dropped last weekend. With a ton of guests and three years in the making, You, is a strong debut album. You, has notched three top 10s already and could easily double that amount in the coming months.
Plus Mista Trick had an album launch party at the Swing N Bass 5th Birthday Bash featuring Tuxedo Junction, Tanesha Edwards, Fizzy Gillespie, plus WBBL and Father Funk battled it out. The Black Kat Boppers absolutely killed it.
Mista Trick's album, You, is on Freshly Squeezed Records.

Klischee released latest single, "Le Weekend," and if you can handle handsome men staring and dancing for the camera for three minutes, "Le Weekend," is for you. Leaning more towards French Pop radio then Electro Swing the song is still a catchy fun ride.

Little Violet stays at #1 for a second week with latest hit, "Code Red," on the iSwing Top 50 chart. And with Postmodern Jukebox and Haley Reinhart's, "Don't Speak," cover debuting just below at #2 we just might have an epic battle for the #1 spot next week.

The Real Tuesday Weld released the tenth edition of fan art through video and song with their, "Me & Mr Wolf," highlighted. What a great way for an artist to share fan art through video and song as well as shout out to fans.

Tony Wellin released latest hit, "Mississippi Mud," this week and it's apparent Tony wants the clubs back open. Clap your hands and get dirty, "Mississippi Mud," will have your underground speakeasy sweaty. It's a floor filler.

But first the Top 10, and landing at 10 are The Hebbe Sisters and Wolfgang Lohr with former Number 1, "It Don't Mean A Thing (Electro Swing Mix)." It drops from 4.
EyeWaz slips to 9 with the hard to resist, "Boundless."
The first of three new entries to the Top 10, High Step Society's, "Blues In The Basement," rises to 8.

Fresh off of headlining the Swing N Bass 5th Birthday bash and his You release party, Mista Trick arrives with the much anticipated album. Featuring many talents like Tanesha Edwards, Blackout Jo, Kathika and Elle & The Pocket Belles, the You album is a high energy ride. Throw in banging beats, a few surprises, add a pinch of social commentary and you've got a delicious album. "Lost In A Glaze," is witty and bound to be a party hit and, "Skitter Skat," doesn't want to leave my playlist.
The third track to make it to the Top 10 from the album,  "Shambala," climbs to number 7 this week.

This week's Top Swinging Entry goes to Postmodern Jukebox and Haley Reinhart's ninth collaboration together, "Don't Speak." Haley, looking stunning,  belts out the popular No Doubt ballad in the newly released dramatic and clever video. "Don't Speak," flies in at number 2.
And staying on top of the iSwing chart for a second week is Little Violet with "Code Red." Little Violet replaced herself at Number 1 a couple of weeks ago when, "Roll The Dice," was Number 1. This gives her three straight weeks on top.
Little Violet also leads in Number 1's for the year with 4. "Guilty Pleasure," with Jamie Berry, "Taking You With Me,";"Roll The Dice," and, "Code Red," all topped the chart this year. Swingamajig and The Swing N Bass 5th Birthday Bash are taking place this weekend and both should be totally epic events. Swingamajig has two stages of vintage mayhem featuring Phat Sam, Emma Lea, Tallulah Goodtimes, Professor Elemental, C@ In The H@, Extra Medium, Electric Swing Circus, Jamie Berry and more. Swing N Bass 5th Birthday is featuring the much anticipated, Mista Trick album launch, Tuxedo Junction, Tanesha Edwards, Fuzzy Gillespie, plus WBBL and Father Funk battle it out to see who's the naughtiest.
Mista Trick's album, You, drops Friday on Freshly Squeezed Records.
If you're attending, take lots of pictures, some us want to see some of the behind-the-scenes action. I'm so jealous.

Attention film makers, artists and dancers. Make any interesting videos or movies during lockdown? Still want to make awesome films? Soundies Film Fest is holding a film festival, and still accepting entries until October 8. It's presented by The American Lindy Hop championships so you know some high energy exciting films will be presented. Screening dates are later in October so get those cameras rolling. As predicted last week, Little Violet replaces herself at #1 on the iSwing Top 50 chart this week. A rare feat on any chart. It also tops the chart in only its second week. When are Pop Radio and the Pop charts going to start recognizing this beautiful singing flower?

Ragtime Records posted this meme on their social media and if it's true, we're to blessed with new Duke Skellington music soon. Whether the economy is open or not, we're partying to this banger about to drop. Missed ya Duke.

This week, Postmodern Jukebox dropped a new cover video of No Doubt's, "Don't Speak." It features Haley Reinhart on vocals and a clever xylophonist making disappearances and appearances. Haley is effortlessly sexy in sequins and easily puts Gwen to shame belting out this classic.

Emma Clair travelled to France recently and worked on new projects and got to work with the great Bart&Baker. The collaboration is supposed to be a remix of a track off of the new Swing Sisters Volume One album. Yes you read that correct, Emma Clair and Bart&Baker, Together. Super excited.

Little Violet Drops Code Red

Little Violet dropped her sexy Code Red music video this week and it's absolutely stunning. Full of Drama, beautiful sets, a pair of mesmerizing dancers and a whole lotta leg. Easy contender for video of the year. (apologies for not posting the video. technological difficulties)

Six tracks from Little Violet's Code Red album chart in the Top 50 this week including, "Roll The Dice," hitting Number 1. (The singer's third Number 1 this year) The singer is also looking to replace herself on the throne next week with, "Code Red". I guess all the world is a stage.

Another Swingamajig announcement of more performers at the one off event coming up in days. Two stages of vintage mayhem featuring Phat Sam, Doctor Hooka, Emma Lea, Tallulah Goodtimes and still more. And it already includes, Electric Swing Circus, Jamie Berry, C@ In The H@, Professor Elemental and Extra Medium. What a day it's going be. Code name, Minimajig.

And speaking of festivals, filmed on location at the recent Shambala Festival, Mista Trick dropped the video for his latest single, "Shambala." On stage, backstage and hovering above stage, we get a glimpse of life of a rising star getting back to performing. It's an instant classic as concert videos go.

The virtual cabaret show video was recently posted for the #nobizchallenge online. A wide variety of performers contributed video clips performing to the funky new Joyce Nuhill and LVDS hit, "No Biz." If you want to be wowed seeing amazing feats from people, check it out. Swingamajig Headliner Announcement


Big headliner announcement for Swingamajig's one off event in a couple weeks. Hold on to your seats, Electric Swing Circus, Jamie Berry, C@ In The H@, Professor Elemental and Extra Medium are some of the big names to appear at this year's event. And more will be announced. Code name, Minimajig.

Shambala Festival took place last weekend and featured, as usual, an eclectic variety of music and artists including Fizzy Gillespie poppin off a few DJ sets. Even Mista Trick showed up.

Deladap, Wolfgang Lohr and Melinda Stoika dropped the music video for their latest hit, "Cream Soda." It features some pretty difficult dance moves made to look easy. "Cream Soda," will leave you thirsty for more.
Wolfgang Lohr is also coasting on top of the charts for a third week with his hit collaboration with The Hebbe Sisters, "It Don't Mean A Thing."

Author, Alexandra Demers brings her Electro Swing novel, Threadbare: The travelling Show, to life by giving it a charming reading on her Youtube channel. The prologue and first chapter are available and the characters are deliciously brought to life with clever sound effects and the music of Odd Chap and Bunny.

The sequel to Threadbare: The Travelling Show is without a release date but the cover art for the book has been photographed.

Little Violet gave us a sample of what's to come on her Code Red album dropping this week. Ballad, "All The World's A Stage," is a smooth smidgen of the brilliance that's on her album coming out September 3. And the video for single, "Code Red," is also dropping and supposed to be epic. Can't wait.
